The Pain Journal Club meets weekly throughout the year to discuss recent publications and/or new techniques, methods, and analyses relevant to research on pain and analgesia. Attendees and presenters include (but are not limited to) faculty, staff scientists, post-doctoral associates, and students representing approximately fifteen U of Minnesota laboratories. Specific topics of discussion are determined by the presenters. Pain researchers from other institutions are sometimes recruited for informal presentations when their visits to the University of Minnesota permit. Please E-mail Dr. Carolyn A. Fairbanks (carfair@med.umn.edu) if you would like to be included in the Pain Journal Club e-mail list or would like more information. All are welcome to participate.

This journal club is offered both Fall and Spring semester. To view a current schedule of topics go to http://www.pain.med.umn.edu/journal.html and click the schedule link at the top of the page.
