3. Upon receipt of the signed form, we will complete the registration
process for you. You will receive a bill for the tuition cost of
the graduate credits and laboratory fee directly from
the Office of the Bursar. The bill will only be sent to your University of Minnesota email account.
For no academic credit

2. Return the completed form and $1,500 check to Kathleen Clinton at the mailing address listed above.
