About the Course
This course includes a comprehensive examination of membrane
and ion channels using UNIX workstations to simulate their
properties. Hodgkin-Huxley model, nonlinear dynamic systems,
voltage- and ligand-gated ion channels, impulse propagation
will be discussed.
