What is the time commitment required for this course?
Overall student effort will be at least 45 hours per semester per credit. Student effort is expected to include contact time with the mentor (number of hours varies) to discuss direction of the project, methods to be used, results and interpretation as well as future directions and writing of a summary paper.

What is the source of information for writing the paper?
Most of the readings will be drawn from the primary research literature of neuroscience and related disciplines although some monographs and reviews may also be consulted.

How do students' grades depend on their writing performance?
This course will be graded pass/fail. The final grade will be based on successful completion of the paper.
